You’ve gotta Try This Mango Matcha Smoothie

My loves, I have to put you onto the tastiest smoothie that isn’t laden with processed sugar and is actually unbelievably nourishing for your skin!

I present to you, the Anti-Aging Mango Matcha Latte!




One scoop of the Anti-Aging Complex 

The Anti-Aging Complex is exceptionally effective for your skin, featuring clinically proven ingredients that actively reduce wrinkles, enhance skin elasticity, and reduce UV damage. Additionally, its inclusion of probiotics not only aids in the absorption of these potent elements but also contributes to improved gut health, synergistically promoting overall skin wellness. PLUS it tastes incredible and is sugar free. 


30ml of water


One serving of matcha of your choice made as per directions

Matcha is rich in antioxidants, particularly catechins, which help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. These antioxidants have anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties, promoting overall skin health and a radiant complexion. Additionally, matcha contains chlorophyll, which helps contribute to detoxifying and calming the skin.


Half a mango, diced

Mango is beneficial for your skin due to its high content of vitamins A and C. These vitamins promote collagen production, support skin elasticity, and contribute to a brighter complexion. Mango also contains antioxidants that help protect the skin from oxidative stress and premature aging.


Handful of ice


250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

Almond milk is a good choice for your skin because it is low in saturated fat and rich in vitamin E, which promotes skin health. Unlike dairy milk, almond milk is often lactose-free, reducing the risk of potential skin issues linked to dairy. Compared to alternatives like oat milk or coconut milk, almond milk also offers a lighter option with antioxidants that support anti-aging and anti-inflammatory benefits for the skin.




  1. Mix one scoop of the Anti Aging Complex with 30mls of water in a small cup.
  2. In a separate small cup, mix your matcha as per the directions.
  3. In a large glass, add diced mango then Anti Aging Complex on top.
  4. Add a handful of ice, almond milk then matcha on top. Stir & Enjoy!
