Our guarantee
You have 45 days from delivery to try Kallistia. If it isn't working for you, send it back for a refund on the products. Opened bottles count. You should take it before deciding.

How to return
Email us through our Contact page with your order number within 45 days of delivery. Our support team will reply within 1 business day with the return address. We'll refund the products, less shipping. If the order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping too.

• 45 days from delivery to request a return.
• Orders older than 6 months can't be refunded for any reason.
• Damaged or lost in transit: contact us and we'll replace it or refund it. We handle the claim.
