I’ve been using this product since year 2020. I remembered it took 3 months for the product to show some results, thereafter it continuously made my skin better, reduced my acne and controlled them from breaking out. My routine:
- eat Kallistia acne pill daily as prescribed.
- eat primrose oil supplement daily as prescribed.
- use rose water toner twice daily (morning and night).
- use sunscreen daily when going out.
- lessen the make up or no make up (keep it simple so that your skin can breathe).
- I try to drink water regularly.
- gently scrub my face with facial wash that has beads once a week to get rid of the dead skin but for daily use I use the normal liquid face wash.
- use clay mask at least twice a week.
