From the day your order is delivered, not the day you placed it. If your order takes two weeks to arrive, your 45 days starts when it lands on your doorstep.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement.
Stop taking it and email us right away with your order number. We'll sort out the next step with you directly.
Orders from Amazon or another retailer need to be returned through them. This policy only covers orders placed on kallistia.com.
Return postage is at your cost, and original shipping isn't refunded. Please use a tracked service and hold onto your receipt.
