If you bought from us as a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Use the form below to do it electronically.
Cancel your order under the EU right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Before you continue, here is what to expect:
- 14-day window. The right applies for 14 days from the day your order is delivered.
- What we refund. We refund the price of your items plus delivery, up to the cost of our standard delivery rate (any express upgrade you chose is not included).
- Return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Return instructions are included in your confirmation email.
- You will get it in writing. As soon as you confirm, we email you a timestamped acknowledgement of your withdrawal request.

Tell us who you are and which order you are cancelling. This is the formal notice of withdrawal.

We have received your request to withdraw from this contract. A timestamped confirmation has been sent to your email with your next steps for returning the goods.
No further action is needed to register the withdrawal. Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned goods back.
