Acne Cleanse Capsules Kit

I'm 35 yrs old and been dealing with hormonal acne since my early 20's.

Tried all kinds of antibiotics with no results, I don't react well to contraceptive so when stubbled onto the Kallista website and read all the positives and how fast the women are having results, I immediatly ordered 2 bottles.

After I finished the first bottle, I still wasn't seeing improvement, but I started the second bottle and finally, I'm seeing improvements.

I have fewer big inflated pimples and they "dry" out almost immediatly. Gonna order 2 more bottles and hope for the best.

It's effective even without the hyperpigmentation.

I first ordered this because hyperpigmentation is out of stock and then later on. I ordered again both, the complexion kit. And i must say that its really does it's job and much better if you take both together.

I’ve been using this product since year 2020. I remembered it took 3 months for the product to show some results, thereafter it continuously made my skin better, reduced my acne and controlled them from breaking out. So for those who just bought this please be patient and eat it as prescribed to enjoy the benefits. However, do stop the supplement if there are side effects for you.

My routine:

- eat Kallistia acne pill daily as prescribed.

- eat primrose oil supplement daily as prescribed.

- use rose water toner twice daily (morning and night).

- use sunscreen daily when going out.

- lessen the make up or no make up (keep it simple so that your skin can breathe).

- I try to drink water regularly.

- gently scrub my face with facial wash that has beads once a week to get rid of the dead skin but for daily use I use the normal liquid face wash.

- use clay mask at least twice a week.

- I try to minimise stress whenever possible.

- I try to catch up on my sleep as much as possible. Sleep is so important. (The keyword here is try…🤣)

I have had Acne for 9 years and about 4 years ago it declined slightly with eating clean and a skincare regimen. However, it would always return back horrible and much worse over the next few years, especially on my period. I was so skeptical of buying this product because 1) I have tried other supplements in the past and been disappointed and was not sure if this would work for me 2) the price seemed a little too high for my liking 3) I was scared that it would make my acne worse. I am so glad that I did find this product! From the ingredients being clean and doing my work research on products, my interest in the Acne cleanse grew and I purchased. ALERT: I did have a horrible purge on my skin 3 weeks in all across my Jawline due to my hormones changing now that I am taking this new supplement, and my body was getting used to it. Purges can happen as early as a couple days or as late as the end of the 2/3rd month. BUT YOU MUST HANG IN THERE AND KEEP GOING! My advice is to use a topical cream alongside taking these supplements, look for Benzoyl Peroxide, Sulfur or Tretinoin or Adapalene. And it really helps with combating the purge on the skin. My purge lasted 2 weeks with a nightly topical of BP 10% and Sulfur 4% until fully gone. This supplement has made my skin a lot more blemish free, less breakouts including when I am on my period and helped with inflammation on my skin. It is worth a try for long acne suffers like me!
